More often than not, when we hear the words Roles and Responsibilities we associate the meaning with a job or an assignment and from there we can have a clear understanding of what needs to get done.

Now, let’s take this and approach the phrase from another angle, your identity!

What are your roles and responsibilities outside of your current job? As a father, mother, sibling, citizen, etc…

?

We are who we are, but here is the point. What happen when you find yourself in a situation where you must do something you have not done before that goes beyond your identity? For instance, a team member who suddenly need to act as a leader of the group, a student that is asked to give a keynote speech to the whole school, a singer is asked to do a painting for a good cause, etc...

How many shades of you are available?

The intention today, is to expand your thinking about who you are or -you think you are-. Opportunities are all around you, you may have to adapt and become not someone else but your own higher self!
