Today it is just a simple invitation to schedule time to think, not to fall sleep but to think intentionally.
In this space (of thinking), reflect in the actions you have taken today, the day before and the whole week and ask yourself:
Where did I excel? When I reacted without much thinking?
Did I experience fear? Why?
Then, as you reflect on this make the conscious decision to remain focus and in the present, so you can be aware of your own self, this is very difficult to achieve but it can be done.
What is the benefit?
If this is done consistently over several weeks, your life will change for the better!
Think about it…
And take action!
