Begin to Reflect...

Beginnings are a wonderful thing.

My college buddy sent me a pitcure today...from when he visited me while i lived in New York city, 20 years ago. I have been looking at that picture ever since taken under the Brookyln Bridge. So much has happened in the last 20 years, and yet it seems like yesterday when I saw the picture. Years flashed in my mind with a warp speed. And I began to reflect.

Reflection is an opportunity to evolve. As the year ends we all have an opportunity to reflect on the year gone by and a year about to start. Allow time to reflect on how and why this year worked out for you, and what might the year ahead bring. 

This year has been full of challenges for me, like any other year.  And I have so much to be thankful for, like any year. The value of our experience is in the reflection we do. 

What i have learned is to get up, dress up, show up and never give up.
