Our Where Next series is about having a conversation?with experienced practitioners?within the marketing and advertising world to understand?what they are seeing?as some of their biggest challenges facing them, both in their professional capacity and the industry more generally. As a lot of brands are completing their annual budgeting and planning cycle, we thought that it might be useful to share some of our recent conversations to help provide some applicable insight and inspiration.

We always ask each of our guests 3 questions:

1. What is the biggest challenge facing CMOs and the industry today?

2. In an ideal world, where do you imagine Marketing could get to?

3. What is the first step needed to get there?
