With access to one of the largest panel of lenders in the second charge market you could be forgiven for thinking that most of the cases we receive would fit with a lender considering we can offer the below niches, however you would be wrong to think that.

When I speak to a new broker they often tell me that they have placed this case with their usual packager but unfortunately they couldn't find this client a product, that's usually down to the presentation of the case but also most of the larger brokers out there use a sourcing system to place their cases and like any computer they're only accurate if the information has been correctly submitted. 

Beech Finance use a Sourcing system to show our audit trail to the regulators, however we manually underwrite all of our applications. I have lost count of the times we have managed to find a suitable product for a client when other packagers who have access to the same lenders and products have failed.
