Building supply chain expertise is not only a logistical necessity but also a critical investment in the sustainability and equity of health systems worldwide.?My initial motivation to join Bee Skilled was that it addresses supply chain management from the point of health care delivery. This was strengthened by my realization of Bee Skilled empowering sense of community and the organization’s innovative approaches to eLearning.?

The CLC1 and CLC2: Supply Chain for Health online certificate courses in Nigeria have been a resounding success. 40 professionals have completed the course and are now CPD-certified! This achievement is a testament to the dedication of the participants and the effectiveness of Bee Skilled’s community-based learning approach.?
Participants rated the course experience at an impressive 9/10, reflecting the quality of content and the commitment of facilitators. With a completion rate of 95%, the courses exceeded expectations in delivering impactful learning.?
The courses successfully met critical learning outcomes, with 88% of participants reporting full satisfaction. Learners demonstrated strong engagement across platforms, with 68% preferring the web interface and 32% opting for the Hive mobile application, to participate in the courses, and various discussions which generated more than 600 responses over 12 weeks.??
In the final assessment, participants showcased their mastery of the skills they learnt with an average score of 75%, and the top performer achieving a remarkable 96%. 72% of learners felt the course was perfect for their needs, while 28% found it useful, reinforcing the value these programs bring to advancing professional capabilities.?
This success highlights the power of collaboration in driving supply chain transformation. Bee Skilled extends heartfelt gratitude to its partners, the Association of Industrial Pharmacists of Nigeria (NAIP) and International Association of Public Health Logisticians (IAPHL) Nigeria Chapter, along with the faculty – Dr. Ukamaka Okafor, PhD and Mr. Ogwuche Odo for providing the national context to the courses.??

As a member of the PtD Coalition, Bee Skilled will contribute to the implementation of HR4SCM (Human Resources for Supply Chain Management) approaches at the country level. Bee Skilled has signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Institute for Health Professionals Development (IHPD) in Sierra Leone, establishing a partnership to advance continuing education for health professionals in the region. This collaboration aims to create highly affordable and accessible Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs, delivered both in-person and online, ensuring that health workers have the tools and knowledge needed to excel in their fields.?
