Becoming product-led
An interactive product-led workshop with one of our clients

Becoming product-led

When becoming a product-led organisation there are a number of challenges that come to light:

  • Understanding the market and what features are needed to enter?
  • How do we prioritise technical platform needs against end user needs?
  • How do we balance the need for revenue/users against budget and purpose?
  • Are we basing our product decision on data and evidence or gut feeling?
  • How frequently should we update the product and what is the product roadmap?
  • How do we remain responsive to changes in the market?
  • Do we silently drip feed features or do regular big reveals of new capability?

101 Ways’ have produced a game that allows you to explore many of these challenges in a fun and interactive way.? You have the opportunity to explore product planning, balancing the priorities and benefits of technical and end-user features, experience real-world challenges to your plans, understand the challenges linked to big feature releases and why smaller release cycles reduce risk.

We have recently helped organisations like Hargreaves Lansdown (featured in the video link below) on their journey to becoming a product-led organisation and our game really helped build a common model for how to operate as dynamic, product focused teams.?

This video shows some of the benefits Hargreaves Lansdown got from playing the game.

You can find out more and let us know if you are interested in us playing the game with your organisation: Playing the game.
