Becoming the No.1 resource for Primary Care Network Management in England

Becoming the No.1 resource for Primary Care Network Management in England

We recently had a team meeting where we discussed our vision for becoming the number 1 resource for Primary Care Network Management in England.

Over the past 3 years of supporting PCNs and 7 years in total of working in Primary Care, I have found, that the more I learn and the more mistakes I make (because I am human!) the more I want to share.

We want to be a business that champions others' good work and we also want to elevate the services and support we provide to this sector.

So to give you a greater overview of what we currently provide, in this week’s newsletter we are going to share with you how we can work together from autumn onwards.

This is a 3 hour workshop for PCN Leaders who are ready to put pen to paper and build a business to see them through to the end of the financial year.

You will leave with;

  • A business planning template
  • A financial checklist to ensure nothing gets forgotten
  • A 90-day default diary to aid your productivity

Come by yourself or bring a colleague. This is a working workshop full of helpful prompts and examples of how we manage our primary care networks.

PCN Accelerator Programme Live Learning or Online at your own pace

This programme was the first-ever online programme I created. I was super nervous and tried to distil the fundamentals of management into this programme.

Whilst we cover the DES, the programme is about how to manage a network of independent GP practices and wider NHS stakeholders and it's most useful for a new PCN Manager although my manager, who does have NHS experience, said she found it valuable as it reminded her of the little things that are easy to forget or take for granted.

You can either jump straight into this programme and learn online or attend our live programme launching on 31st October by clicking here.

We also offer consultancy and facilitation. So if you are thinking about an away day, or conference which requires a Primary Care Management perspective, then look no further and contact us today
