Virtually every person can become professionally indispensable in their way. No need to wait for an opportunity to come along, and no need to aspire to a role model either. All that is needed is a commitment to a personal cause and the resilience to overcome inevitable obstacles. In this context, a personal cause is a deeply felt need to advance a vocation. What makes becoming a professionally indispensable person is the journey to the unknown. The stimulus to embark on a mental search and discovery is inherent in human inquisitiveness, but the more advanced a person becomes in the pursuit of a vocation, the more tempting destructions emerge.??? For people like you and me, becoming indispensable is a call to improve our professional skills and knowledge to the point where we are being recognized for our abilities versus the direct competition.?There are many types of causes with a wide range of ramifications. There are redeeming causes, causes that are set to reinstate socio-economic values causes set to advance education, and also selfish causes. A cause can convince and influence people. It can trigger an avalanche of emotions that amass the energy to bring about changes. ??????? The pursuance of a cause contributes indirectly to the outcome of a vocation, whether it’s a perfection of skills or the pursuance of a thesis. It is partly responsible for the effect, and the effect is partly dependent on the cause. Dedicated followers, get a sense of what following a cause might entail.?Every individual has deeply rooted guiding principles of values that could function as deterrents as well as enablers. The evaluation process includes rejecting previously held beliefs for the sake of considering newly emerged causes. When we find ourselves under pressure the mind automatically searches for new alternatives. ? Most people are only vaguely aware of the consequences that pursuing a cause might have. Normally we are making presumptions about virtually everything. We know what to expect, and we cast our evaluation accordingly. Our pre-judgment is based on the prevailing standard of excellence. By conceding to the norm, we are accepting what already exists. For people who are well on the way to becoming indispensable such parameters don't exist. The journey begins when we start questioning the statuesque. When we are prepared to dig deeper into the analytic part of our brains, we’ll come across yet uncovered insights that could become viable options, and there is a good chance to advance the cause.?The strategic thinking that scientists are applying at answering open-ended questions, can also be applied to nonscientific ventures. Such procedures can be applied to almost any vocation. ? How do visionaries pursue their causes, and what can we learn from them? Visionaries are obsessed with finding solutions for the causes they believe in. Those individuals who have their professional cause embedded in their brains will be noticed for their special abilities. At Caltech, he continued to advance his studies in the field of information theory. Though he received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1985, being a foreign citizen prevented him from getting the grant needed to continue his research in the USA. Dr. Erdal Arikan returned to Ankara, Turkey. In 2018 the CEO of Huawei, Mr. Ren Zhengfei, welcomed Dr. Erdal Arikan to Shenzhen, Guangdong, where Dr. Erdal Arikan was given the opportunity ?to develop the 5G telecommunication technology which eventually placed China ahead of the USA, in this regard.? In a recorded speech Dr. Erdal Arikan expressed the elating feeling of having arrived at a viable solution after years of intense research. He is a prime example of an indispensable person. Permission to pursue your dream is granted, but only if you keep your feet on the ground. In every society, there are open positions for iconic professionals. To become one there is no need to fill out an application. All that's needed is a commitment to a relevant and valid cause. For people who pursue their professional dream, the current situation is only an interim. The uncountable blimps that help us to get through the day, are mostly temporary diversions that don't represent what we aim at. Each of us is capable of continuously unraveling the true interests that will enable each of us to move forward with less disappointing setbacks. To find viable alternatives, enter the unknown. Surprisingly, the unknown is just behind the subconsciously erected barrier in your cerebrum. Uncovering it takes thinking creatively. You don't need an intellectual gift to do that. Creative thinking can happen anywhere under any circumstances. You just have to set yourself free from limiting preconceptions. Affirming to yourself that you could surmount any intellectual challenge.????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Everybody talks about thinking outside the box but no one can tell you what the outside looks like. Inside the box, it is a warm and fuzzy feeling that every one of us is familiar with. Thinking outside the box is a confrontation with the unknown. Daring to think through what no one dared to think through before, can be destructive and dismissible.?In searching for answers to the improbable, we usually move in a narrow spectrum defined by; cultural, ethical, religious, and educational parameters. This makes it extremely difficult to venture into the uncharted territory of the mind. ? Asking for non-biased opinion. As we continue our pursuit, we tend to ask people that are close to us for their opinion. But opinions from close acquaintances tend to gloss over important distinctions. We can't arrive at a viable evaluation of our efforts without impromptu and contravening opinions. Spontaneous opinions from people who are not close to us, might be the nonbiased revelations we want. Another source of opinion may come from adversaries that express their discontent about the findings. Such harsh criticism may include insightful observations. An inquisitive pursuer will be prepared to receive some contradicting and hurtful opinions. ???

The QQQ&A confrontation. ?This exercise is geared toward gaining new perspectives regarding the relationships between collaborators, by recalling long-forgotten events.?QQQ&A originated during a discussion with an acquainted executive, who wanted to reflect upon a past situation whereby the protagonists sitting at the table were involved at the time. The relationship between the protagonists was cordial.?QQQ&A starts with a nonbiased recall of an event and progresses towards observations about personal involvement in that situation including some misfortunate handling. While the recalled stories may not reflect what has occurred, such a conversation could bring up behavioral incidences and reactions that reveal unique personal characteristics. This in turn will add to the pool of insights that can contribute to advancing the cause.?Making a QQQ&A session a success depends to a large extent on open-mindedness, sincerity, and reciprocity.????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? (QQQ&A indicates that in such confrontations there are more questions than answers.) The emotional sphere. The emotional sphere comes in various forms and sizes and it exists in every amygdala. Observations about the emotional sphere, lead me to believe that in most people there is a readiness to permit entry into their inner self, under certain conditions. Self-set values that guard the entrance of this privileged environment differ from person to person. With new incoming impressions, these guards keep on changing. It is philanthropic behavior that earns reputation dividends. The benefits of becoming professionally indispensable.?
