??Encourage Compromise: there are times people expect answers and quick results, as leaders, it is important that the focus is on creating a mutual agreement that will help with a pointed direction.

??Solicit Courage: many are overwhelmed with life, work, media. A positive and a kind work can help others regroup, simply talking about concerns builds an alliance that can create positive momentum.
