Becoming the change you want to see!

Yes, the sentence above might seem deep, and at the same time intimidating. What does it really mean!? If you’d asked me how do we change the world, I’d say, we do it by leading by example. There are things that we can change within seconds, things that it takes centuries to modify, and all those in between.?

In my 2 previous articles, I described how the transformation starts, and what skills are necessary to succeed. Now is time to move it to the next level on the path to being “the change you want to see in the world”.?

Let me start literally with the time.

Timing mastery.

Step 1 - it’s a step into the future. A long term strategising might be tricky nowadays, that’s why you need to master it. Here you learn to look far ahead and realise as soon as you’ll move away from the path you put yourself on.?

Step 2 - shows you a deeper understanding of the concept of time. From seconds to centuries, there are actions you can take to achieve specific results. On this level of mastery you will be able to say that, literally, every second of your life counts!

Step 3 - that’s something everyone would like to do - time travel. No, you won't be able to move back in time to buy bitcoin, physically you’ll be in your “now”, however, your mind can travel in time, as for the brain everything is now. I’ll show you how to use mental time travel to your advantage.

Emotional mastery.

Step 4 - our emotions show us where we are in relation to where we believe we should have been. In this step, I’ll show you how to discover your true desires.?

Step 5 - there are two main motivators in our life: potential pleasure, and potential pain. This time I’ll show you exactly how they work, and how to control them, instead of having them control you.?

Step 6 - is all about balance. It’s about feeling whole and maintaining harmony between body, emotions, mind and soul. This harmony is very personal and necessary to stay in peace with oneself while growing.

This story started with a football player, who is about to finish his sports career. The first article in this series is about purpose, role in life, and a success plan. In the second article, our transforming hero learns business and personal skills and works on their application. After adding up time mastery and emotional mastery there is only one thing left to achieve fulfilment!

Impact.

Step 7 - in order to make a positive impact, you must know the difference between change and progress. More than that, you need to be able to correlate it with the progress of everyone and everything around you.?

Step 8 - you need to stay in balance as much as you can. Each and every change influences dynamics in all areas of your life, and you need to be able to adjust accordingly.?

Step 9 - there are conditions necessary to make your impact lasting. You want to contribute the way you will be remembered. From this place onwards life is a new adventure.

What’s changed!?

On this level, our ex-footballer transformed from being just one of many in his new field, into being the one who creates trends in his field. He’s balanced, fulfilled and makes a lasting impact in his circle of influence.?
