Almost every one of us talk about it, not that many understand it, there is a constant hunger and desire to attain this, but can you truly put your hand up and say you know the worth and value that you carry? I had to take a pause as I read this statement by John Maxwell.

How many times do we place a high value on other people except for ourselves? These can be family members such as our spouses, children, siblings or parents etc, It could also be our colleagues, our friends and even our pets in some cases!

Anyone and anything that we place a higher value on ends up influencing our thinking, our commitment, our priorities, our finances, health, our wellbeing , our relationships, our values and ultimately our growth and so much more!

Why is it easier to place a greater value and worth on others except for yourself?
