Become "Interested"

Give Your Attention to Others
Whenever we meet new people and even when we are relating with our family and friends, we often focus on being interesting to others. Instead of trying to be interesting to others, become 'interested' in others, in their stories, their interests, and what moves them.
When you become interested in people, you are more prone to pay deep attention and to learn more about them.
How to Simply Do This:
Be open to experiencing more of the world (and the people) around you. Ask questions that interest you, be curious, and really listen to the answers. Observe people.
The only way to become interested is by being interested.
“Your curiosity needs to be bigger than your fear”. - Elizabeth Gilbert.
