• Responsibility: Adopt a responsibility mindset that owns your thoughts, choices, and actions.
• Action: Take tiny 1% daily actions towards your goals. Micro steps add up, and the compound effect works. Take your time to transform.
• Sight: Visualize your confident ideal self. What do they look like, how do they present themselves, how do they dress, and what activities do they do? Could you take steps to become that person?
• Purpose: Your adversity contains seeds of intention. Lead with authenticity & empathy- it builds trust. Share your story to inspire others.
