PEAK 2024 Recap:

You probably saw pictures and posts from PEAK 2024 all over LinkedIn this past week.

If you didn't, Ambition hosted our fourth annual Peak Sales Performance Summit, bringing together 200 sales leaders from around the world in Nashville, TN.

Ambition may be small, but we posted a MIGHTY lineup of speakers and content, including Jen Allen-Knuth , Mark Kosoglow , Ronnell Richards , Doug Landis , Donald C Kelly , James Buckley , Lauren Bailey , and so many others.

We even had the one and only "Corporate Bro" in the flesh, rocking the stage.

The big names brought even bigger energy and content. They dug into the importance of "enabling the frontline manager" and a "back to basics" vision for sales in 2025.

They discussed how we need to leverage AI to drive human intelligence and not "replace" us.

There was an ever-present focus on sales performance and the need for coaching systems to ensure everyone is executing "the plays" the right way and receiving the training and development they need when struggling.

The through-line of the entire day, though, was human connection—people coming together in an intimate environment to improve their ability to help others. ?

We learned, we laughed, we karaoke'd... and we had a damn good time.
