How have you implemented your new Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours in the workplace?

I have certainly become more mindful of people’s different learning styles and have adjusted my delivery accordingly.

What are your career aspirations following on from your apprenticeship?

I would like to line manage a larger team.

What advice would you give to someone considering starting an apprenticeship?

Keep on top of recording your off the job hours as time will whizz by!

What was your proudest moment on the apprenticeship?

Fitting it in alongside my day job, getting to 100% completion and supporting colleagues through my new found knowledge.

What can you do now that you couldn’t do at the start of the programme?

Look at the bigger picture more and see how the golden thread is woven into what I do every day.

Which areas of the apprenticeship have you enjoyed the most and which areas have you found most challenging?

I enjoyed learning new things and meeting colleagues who I’ve not worked with before. It was challenging trying to evidence my Maths GCSE, doing Maths on Skills Forward and the finance modules. Can you tell I don’t like Maths?!
