Became A Recruiter By Chance & Not By Choice

I became a recruiter by chance & not by choice.

When I reached Hyderabad in search of a job, I mean anything that could pay me...

Because coming from a village with no strong education background & no guidance what could I be expecting?

I just wanted something where I could go to work & the next evening when I call my mother from the telephone booth, I could say, Mom ... I got a job so that she can proudly say it to others that her son got a job in Hyderabad.?

Life felt so hellish & it was like... you want to cry but you have seen yourself crying so many times that you don't cry again but want to cry.?

Now I can say, there is an end to everything & every end is a start to something.?

2 years back, I asked myself... ???? ?????? ??????, ???????? ????????. How long I am prepared to ???????? myself like this. How will it be when I look back after 30-40 years from now with some money in my bank account & dried age with an unanswered question ... ?????? ????????'?? ?? ?????????? ???????????? ???????? ?? ?????? ???????? and now... ?? ???????? ???????????????????? + ???????????? ?????? ???? ????????.

It led to taking the leap of faith & leaving a high-paid job for something that I deeply believe in. Impacting recruiter's life.

I wanted to find & experience my true potential.

And...it was the right decision I made at that time.?

What I knew was...

My... real... human creativity will only come to play when I face really mental tough situations, and that can make me a better person if I go through it & grow through it.

1. I wanted to be my own boss.

2. I wanted to do something from my ability & God's gifts.

3. I wanted to imagine my life better than it was.

I read a quote from Sydney Smith a while ago & he says...

A great deal of talent is lost to the world for want of a little courage. Every day sends to their graves obscure men whose timidity prevented them from making the first effort.

As time passed by I started focusing more on my "self", my "inner self" & the real emotions that I always want to experience.?

You know what, I didn't know that I didn't know my "self" & my "real potential" fully.

But now, slowly it is evolving as I am becoming ready to be ready.

I didn't know, a simple lad, coming from a village, with no English communication, no money, no goals, no vision can ever be a Director of Talent Acquisition, Author, Mentor & get an invitation to share his story with the world.?

But now I know, that if you trust your "inner being" more than anything else, you will have everything more than you imagine.

If you wanted to do something & if you have a deep desire... then just go for it.
