Beauty and the iPhone

Miss SongXia YangZong is a poet and a highly recognized Kung Fu martial arts professional in China.  She loves her iPhone 7 Plus, which holds her enormous personal information.  Sadly, on March 30th her iPhone fell into the 8-feet deep sewer in her residential complex.  Horrified and hopelessly in tears, she watched seven workers helping her by draining the sewerage, cutting the metal cover open, going down on the ladder, searching for the phone… All efforts could have been a waste - the phone was already under the water for 51 hours!  She washed the muddy phone and let it air dry, without much hope.  A day later she blow-dried the phone and re-charged it...  Guess what?  Miraculously EVERYTHING WORKS!!!  It functions perfectly and precisely as expected!!! 

She and I had our paths cross - she was the 15th Honorary Mayor for Danzhai Wanda town, a new tourism town in China, and I was the 23rd one.  She performed martial arts around the town, taught school children, learned about various intangible cultural heritages.  This is her new story of giving the unknown a chance, and never giving up hopes. #iPhone  #DanzhaiWanda
