The Beauty of Deep Connection

This week I met a friend after three years and it felt like no time had passed at all. We picked up right where we left off. Our conversation moved from light-hearted memories to deep, introspective discussions. We shared our stories of growth, the experiences life threw at us - honestly our choices brought them to us and the insights gained.

This reunion was more than just catching up; while we were sharing the past, present moments and future plans, we were able to see each other in a new light, appreciating and honoring each others journey of growth and our way forward. It just reminded that true friendship transcends time and distance. What made me proud and grateful was to see how much we had both evolved, as we are both actively reflecting and living ownership of our life and interestingly our ways showed quite much similarities. Through all these sharing our connection had become further strong. Reaching a deep connection always takes two with both showing courage, respect, an open heart,.. and authenticity!

I am very deeply grateful for those valuable, deep, and nurturing friendships in my life enriched by a variety of different nations and cultures expanding my vision. They accompany me on my journey through life! Life, which I love to explore with curiosity and heart open.
