The beauty of being your own boss
Kara Churchill
I Coach clients virtually and in-person focusing on their nutrition, exercise, and overall wellness. I also help women build their own successful businesses.
Eight years ago I started my own business.
It's been the most challenging adventure I've ever been on in so different ways.
I've learned so much and continue to grow and evolve.
I admire the strength of a business owner.
The highs and the lows and keeping true to who you are and your mission.
Here's a few of the highlights of why I'm still here after 8 years.
I've built an incredible tribe of friends and mentors that continue to inspire and motivate me to be a better Coach and human every single day.
The number of physical and mental transformations are too many to count.
I will be highlighting some of these amazing people this week.
I've learned so much about myself.
My hardest lesson is no matter what I do or say I can't change someone or their circumstances. Only they can make a change when they are ready.
I've learned that being genuine is important to me and my growth.
I've learned that we all need to be healthier in some way.
I've learned that if I let my self-care suffer everything will crumble.
Here are just a few perks of being my own boss:
No vacation requests.
No boss to report to daily.
No boring meetings.
No commute.
No office politics.
No cubicle confinement.
Family and financial freedom.
Weekly paychecks.
Freedom to pursue my other passions such as musical theater and performing.
I found my purpose as a Health and & Fitness Specialist.
I've found this business similar to a marriage. I'm here through thick and thin.
If you would like to explore the idea of being a "Coach" the option is always open to you and your family. I'm here for you.
I consider myself to be a strong mentor and support my team through their goals and achievements.
Thank you all for being a part of my 6 year journey and here's to many more!
I'm proud to be a Team Beachbody Coach!
I'm so thankful to my husband and family who continue to support me.
