Beautiful Rosemary
The benefits of rosemary, on the go.
1.5-2 cups of filtered water for 1 large organic rosemary stem.
Bring filtered water to a boil.
Put the rosemary stem in a container and pour the hot water over it. Use your favorite hot cup, mine is a stainless Yeti cup.
Close the lid.
Let it steep until water has come to either warm or room temperature.
Remove rosemary stem and pour the rosemary water onto a glass bottle.
Set in the refrigerator.
Drink cold or at room temperature.
