The Beautiful #EpicFail

The Beautiful #EpicFail

Yesterday, I gave the kids a challenge: they had 90 minutes to set up and record their podcast completely on their own—no help from me. They didn’t succeed, and honestly? I couldn’t be more thrilled!

Here’s the thing: I intentionally set them up for failure—not to discourage them, but to teach them something important. I wanted them to experience failure firsthand, then reflect on?why?it happened, analyze what went wrong, and figure out how to improve their process.

Failure isn’t something we should shield our kids from. It’s an incredible teacher. By learning to face it, break it down, and try again, they develop courage, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Let’s stop protecting our kids from failure. Instead, let’s show them how to embrace it, learn from it, and use it to fuel their growth. Because when they try, fail, learn, and try again—that’s how they’ll achieve their goals. ?????
