A beautiful chapter ends, and a new one starts

Hope you, your family & colleagues are safe & well. 

Three years back, a bunch of us tried to take on the role of the Three Musketeers to safeguard digital marketing practices in today’s evolving digital eco-system. We named this journey What Clicks. We thought that the time was ripe for arresting the in-efficiencies in the said ecosystem and we believe we have helped our customers in achieving this. 

We started the company with audit as the core offerings & later pivoted to adding value to business’s digital marketing initiatives. In many ways, it was moving into a digital transformation business, which we believe is where advertising will slowly evolve into, with time. 

Sadly for us though, we have reached a stage wherein we aren’t able to scale our business or the team. The reasons for this are multiple, with the centre of it being are strong conviction of not getting into advertising business, which has led to us to ignore & give up businesses that are in the advertising space. Maybe, few years down the line we may become wiser & blame this conviction for our situation. 

At this point, after much deliberations, we have decided to end the journey that we have started, and wrap up the operations of What Clicks. We have shuttered our operations on the 31st of Match 2020. In our individual capacity, we will be continuing the journey wherever we will be going thus forth. While our decisions were made before the COVID Crisis, that also hasn't helped us either :) 

We would like to thank each & everyone of you, for having heard us out, given us invaluable insights, inspired challenges and for pushing us to improve our services. The three years have been one of great learning for us, broadened our horizons and hopefully, made us better person.
