I arrived yesterday on a cloudy and rainy day, unusual here this time of year. Nonetheless, Barcelona beguiles with unexpected delights, such as the Parade of Giants we stumbled upon in the Gothic Quarter on our way to mass.

Tomorrow I have the privilege of teaching Agile Product Development again at HARBOUR.SPACE . This class has several students finishing up their master's degree in Digital Transformation. It will be fascinating to get their take on transformation, and I will share my experiences here in this newsletter over the next few weeks.

In the meantime, while searching for a grocery store near my apartment, this image appeared on a store's webpage. I decided to share the double entendre for your amusement. What is "annual memory"? I just love this enigmatic picture.
