EYE SHADOWS FOR A NATURAL EYE MAKEUP LOOK—BASED ON YOUR SKIN TONE
For Light Skin:
For an amazing divine white skin tone, Let’s follow the guidelines for natural eye makeup!
Stride 1: PRIME UP
Eye primer is actually essential for any eye makeup look, including the ultimate natural eye makeup. No eye primer on hand? No problem! Just apply a dab of concealer if you don’t have one, it helps in creating an even canvas for your eye shadow application.
Stride 2: EYE SHADOW
To add the lightest wash of color to your eye lids, just give it any faintest beige monochromatic swipe from your lash line up to your crease. For this, it’s best to apply your eye shadow with a fluffy blending brush, as you can use it to gently swipe on color without creating any harsh lines.
Stride 3: ADD DIMENTION TO BRIGHT UP
One of the easiest and best ways to create the appearance of a wide-open eye is to apply a light shimmery eye shadow to the center of your eye lid, directly over your pupil. To get the look, apply it with a tapered blending brush (That used for more concentrated/pigmented eye shadow) so that it won’t stray all over your lid but only in the middle.
Stride 4: SHAPE UP WITH EYE LINER
For light skin tone use the Brown eye liner to line your eyes so it will not look harsh and un-natural if you draw with black. To give it a more natural-look, only apply the eyeliner closer to your upper lash line and leave your lower lash line unclad.
Stride 5: FINISH WITH MASCARA
Again, instead of reaching for a black mascara, try using the mascara in black brown along with a pair of lashes that looks naturally full.
For MEDIUM OR OLIVE SKIN:
Does your skin fall into the scale range of medium or olive? If that is so, Let’s go on a ride to learn how to apply eyeshadow for your fascinating bronze skin tone.
Stride 1: START WITH PRIMER
A bit of eye primer or concealer as can help make it easier to apply eye shadow. So, regardless of your skin tone or the type of eye makeup look you’re trying to achieve, this should be the first step in your eye makeup routine.
Stride 2: APPLY OLIVE EYE SHADOW
A soft, slightly shimmery olive color looks glamorously natural when paired with an olive or medium skin tone. To get the look, start off by applying a very thin wash of olive-green eye shadow (Deep Navy blue, Iris) to your eye lid between your lash line and the crease. Now simply add dimension to your eye by darkening your crease and cut it with the same eye shadow with a slight mix of Taupe.
But Make sure to blend in-between with a fluffy blending brush for a more natural-looking fade impression!
“The more you will blend, the more it’s going to look natural...!”
Stride 3: LINE UP WITH EYE LINER
A thin line of green eyeliner/ Dark Brown can help define your eyes just enough that they’ll really pop up.
Stride 4: FINISH UP WITH MASCARA
Try using the mascara in black brown along with a pair of thick natural lashes.
