And The Beat Goes On...

Huge boast alert everyone - This past month has been amazing for me personally and professionally.

On a personal level I have been able to get out into the mountains with some good friends and experience the great outdoors again which is awesome.

I have also taken the first steps in to social media videos. Now anyone that knows me knows how big a step this was to take for me, in spite of my shy retiring nature I decided to practice what I preach and go for it. If you've missed them ive include links as follows:

I have also been able to work with some good friends on some new ideas that are really exciting and I cant wait to share with you all.

On a professional level, Simply-People has been incorporated and is starting to gain traction. The people that I speak with about this are really excited and keen to contribute to what we believe to be a genuinely exciting new way to work and support each other in our professional lives. One of our group also managed to design the company logo and its getting some good feedback again it would be great to hear your thoughts on this.

Therapy Direct continues to be the main focus of mine and ive been fortunate to have met with lots of really interesting people over the past few weeks from lots of different industries and shared some great conversations and thoughts on a range of topics close to our hearts which you may hear more about in an upcoming video over the next couple of days - keep your eyes open for that.

Ive continued to read and have listened to some great (new for me) podcasts including David Goggins and Steven Bartlett. They've continued to influence mindset and perspective which is really is grabbing my attention and im doing lots more reading and learning on human psychology and possibilities.

I am focussed on my challenges for the two charities and have recently posted asking for help from my network in obtaining signatures from "celebrities" to increase the value of my flag post EBC trip. If youre able to help it would be greatly appreciated.
