Buying A Home Without A Home Inspection?

Quick Tip:

Older homes listed as “open concept” likely weren’t constructed that way. Determine when and if new "beam and column" supports were installed, by whom and if there were any permits. Don’t be afraid to ask the owner or your Real Estate agent. Full disclosure is important!

Look for the following:

  1. 1. Cracks in wall and ceiling drywall
  2. 2. Dips in floors or roof lines
  3. 3. Windows or doors that bind
  4. 4. New column footings in the basement
