An Uncertain Future for the Traditional Salesperson
In the summer of 2023, we hosted our first ever Firestarter Roundtable session with a selection of industry experts on the future of traditional sales and evolving strategies in the face of an ever-changing landscape. The Roundtable was a fascinating conversation on how buyer behaviour has changed in the last 20 years, how new technology has affected sales, and the implications of this for the training and development of salespeople.
