Beachfront Bargain Hunt
I wanted to put this out there. Some folks from HGTV connected with me recently about filming the newest season of Beachfront Bargain Hunt AND Beachfront Bargain Hunt: Renovation. They're looking for couple(s) early 40's and younger that are purchasing a beach home or condo under 480k.
Here are the specifics:
"For Beachfront Bargain Hunt: Renovation, we are looking for young buyers (approx. 40 years of age or under) who recently purchased a home with beachfront/beach access/beach view for under $480K within the past six months OR are currently closing on a home that they are planning to renovate. We are interested in buyers who have not started their renovations yet, but have a budget to do so and are planning on starting by August-October."
