BCR Welcomes Lance Rodeman as Director of Engineering and Product Management

At BCR, we're excited to announce our new Director of Engineering and Product Management Lance Rodeman.

Lance comes to us with 11 years of progressive experience in the industrial water treatment industry. Lance's experience working with multifunctional engineering disciplines to improve product design, operability, and cost is a great addition to the BCR leadership team.

Previously Lance has held positions in applications engineering, project management, regional technical management, and technical directorship. His experience in high specification projects in the energy sector which includes work on multiple continents gives him a broad understanding of industry standards around the world. His experience will add to BCR's ability to provide solutions that transform the way municipalities and industry treat and manage biosolids and organic waste.

Lance's leadership of product improvements through addition of on-line analysis, mechanical improvements and chemical surface modification have resulted in valued IP in the water treatment industry. As part of our leadership team, Lance's leadership will be integral in BCR providing leadership and technological innovation throughout the industrial wastewater industry.

Lance has a B.S. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Outside of BCR, Lance is an experienced DIY-er who enjoys construction and woodworking.
