5.BIM Manager:

  • Interior Design BIM Coordinator:?Oversees BIM workflows for interior design projects, coordinates furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) modelling with architectural and MEP models.
  • Structural BIM Coordinator:?Manages BIM implementation for structural engineering projects, ensures structural model accuracy and integration with architectural and MEP models.
  • Infrastructure BIM Coordinator:?Leads BIM for infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities), coordinates with GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and ensures model compliance with infrastructure standards.
  • MEP- Mechanical BIM Coordinator:?Manages BIM implementation for MEP- Mechanical, Plumbing, Firefighting, Vertical Transportation and other? projects, coordinates MEP? systems modelling with architectural and structural models, ensures compliance with MEP codes and standards.
  • MEP- Electrical BIM Coordinator:?Manages BIM implementation for MEP- Electrical, ELV Systems, and other projects, coordinates MEP systems modelling with architectural and structural models, ensures compliance with MEP codes and standards.
  • Additional Discipline BIM Coordinators:?Depending on the project scope and service offerings, there will be dedicated BIM Coordinators for disciplines like fire protection, sustainability, Scan to BIM, acoustics, facades, or landscape architecture.


?7.BIM Engineers

  • Technical Expertise:?BIM engineers are specialists in a particular engineering discipline (Architects, structural, mechanical, electrical, etc.) leveraging BIM technology. They ensure the BIM execution aligns with project requirements and engineering standards.
  • Data Management:?They oversee the accuracy and completeness of BIM data used within their engineering discipline in the model. They may also contribute to maintaining the BIM software used throughout the project.
  • Analysis and Problem Solving:?BIM engineers utilize the BIM model for clash detection to identify potential conflicts between different building components before construction. They perform analyses using the model to optimize design aspects like sustainability or structural integrity.

8.BIM Modelers: Senior, Regular, Junior ; Trainees /Interns

  • Modelers specializing in specific disciplines like architecture, interior design, structure, infrastructure, MEP, and potentially others develop BIM Models from CAD or SCAN data as per the client LOD specifications and extract the documents as per the client requirements for preconstruction, construction, and post construction stages.?


Project Management Department:

1.Project Managers

·?????? Lead individual projects, manage project teams, and ensure project deliverables meet BIM requirements set by the BIM Department. They also oversee project budgets, schedules, and client communication.

2.Project Estimators

Responsible for developing project estimates based on the RFQs received, Drawings, Drawings Register, BEP, Objectives of various stakeholders associated, BIM models, considering material quantities, labor costs, and construction methods. They collaborate with project managers and BIM teams to ensure estimates are accurate and competitive.

3.Proposal Bidding Team:

·?????? Prepares proposals and bids for BIM services, highlighting the consultancy's expertise and value proposition. They work closely with project managers and BIM teams to understand project requirements and develop compelling bids.

4.Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC):

1.Marketing & Sales
