What Judges Are Looking For

Judges will be looking for evidence in the following areas, each with a maximum word count of 200:

1. Incident Details: Describe the date and nature of the incident.
2. Impact on Delivery: Discuss the impact the incident had on your organization’s product/service delivery.
3. Recovery Process: Explain how your organization recovered from the incident.
4. Role of Continuity/Resilience Planning: Describe how continuity/resilience planning helped to prepare for the recovery.
5. Lessons Learned: Share what lessons the organization learned from the incident, and how they have been incorporated into the continuity/resilience programme.
6. Why Your Organisation Deserves This Award: Make a case for why your organization deserves this award.
