If you are a professional working in the private sector with a minimum of 2 years of experience in continuity and resilience and have made a significant impact in your organization, this award category is for you.

What Judges Are Looking For

Judges will be looking for evidence in the following areas, each with a maximum word count of 200:

  1. Ethics and values: Provide an example of where you have had to defend your continuity/resilience beliefs and how you did it.
  2. Leadership: Share an instance of your strengths and how you have used them to improve an organization’s continuity/resilience capabilities.
  3. Working with others: Describe a situation where you met a group for the first time but managed to build and maintain a positive working relationship.
  4. Thinking and innovating: Give an example of where you have had to think differently and use problem-solving strategies or a model to help find a suitable continuity/resilience solution.
  5. The organizational environment: Explain how you overcame negative continuity/resilience culture to achieve your objectives.
  6. Why you deserve this award: Make a case for why you deserve this award.
  7. Organization testimonial: Provide a testimonial from your organization based on work undertaken within the last 12 months covering the impact you have made to increase continuity/resilience capability.
