If you are a consultant with a minimum of two years of experience in continuity and resilience and have made a significant impact on your clients’ capabilities, this award category is for you.

What Judges are looking for

Judges will be looking for evidence in the following areas, each with a maximum word count of 200:

1. Ethics and Values: Provide an example of where you acted in the best interests of clients when developing their continuity/resilience capabilities.
2. Leadership: Share an instance where you engaged with various levels of management and adapted your style to achieve a favourable outcome.
3. Working with Others: Describe a situation where you moved a group from a current state to a desired future state and how you achieved it.
4. Thinking and Innovating: Give an example of a challenging problem you overcame and the suitable solution you found.
5. The Organisational Environment: Explain how you evaluated the culture of a group you needed to support with their continuity/resilience work.
6. Why You Deserve This Award: Make a case for why you deserve this award.
7. Client Testimonials: Provide two client testimonials based on work undertaken within the last 12 months covering the impact you have made to increase their continuity/resilience.
