BCC Planning Committee yesterday approved a legal deed of variation to the existing planning permission at the award-winning Port Loop development to assist the various developers in paying their share of financial contributions towards education, playing pitch as well as community and sports facilities.?
This represents another key milestone and should also pave the way for a further 652 homes to be built, in addition to the 215 homes that have already been completed or are currently under construction.?????
