Today, Planning Committee approved (subject to a S106 agreement) a development of 83 apartments at 37-38 Icknield Street in Hockey, that will deliver 50% affordable housing in the form of 1, 2, and 3-bed units that would be available for First Homes as well as social and affordable rent.
