Useless and unproductive meetings are an easy trap I have seen forever. I won't tolerate them any longer. Jeff Bezo has the two-pizza rule which was only have enough people in the meeting for two pizzas and time enough to eat and be done. 30 minutes most, even for complicated meetings should be long enough to make important decisions. Leave the details for later.
