BB7 Leeds Office Expansion Continues.

I am pleased to announce our Leeds office has now moved to Carrwood Park, Selby Road, Leeds. In order to accommodate our newest team members and even more colleagues scheduled to join us in 2022, we have moved to a much nicer work environment, with 110 acres of landscaped grounds.

The centres rural setting creates a refreshing working environment which helps to reduce stress and boosts productivity. The downside to most rural centres is the lack of amenities and transport connections, but that’s not the case with Carrwood Park. The centre is located just 1 minute from Springs Retail Park where facilities include a cinema, restaurants, shops and a gym, while junction 46 of the M1 is less than a mile away and provides easy access to the UK motorway network. Leeds city centre can be reached in less than 15-minutes.

In 2019 we had a single Engineer in Leeds and now the team has filled out considerably, under the stewardship of John Rigby our Director in Leeds. We now have design, engineering, construction and risk management capability based in Leeds and the support of the wider BB7 Group. John said:

"Really pleased we have begun a new chapter in Leeds. We have a solid team, some great projects, and I am seeking Fire Engineers and Fire Surveyors to join us".

The outdoor space will provide a fantastic opportunity for our team to leave the office and walk and talk on a call or for a 1-2-1. Our team really like is the ambience this new office has, not to mention the geese and pheasants wandering around near the water. As can be seen in the photo below. It's worth mentioning our Manchester Team will also be moving to new premises, with a number of our clients right next door, in Deansgate, Manchester. We will also be looking to grow the team in 2022 under the stewardship of our Director, Simon Downing. Our teams in Leeds and Manchester work as one with the rest of the 130+ group throughout England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. We have some colleagues permanently based internationally, speak many languages and are ready to take on even bigger, better, and more challenging projects anywhere on the planet.
