Active C-PACE States
C-PACE is now a mainstream finance tool, having topped $7 billion in total financings, according to PACENation. A detailed list of all eligible PACE locations can be found here.
Program Updates
Georgia:?Georgia has recently passed a bill authorizing C-PACE throughout the entire state. The City of Atlanta is currently active and we are awaiting updates for the rest of the state.
New Jersey: The Garden State program is now active. The program rollout, initial conversations with counties/municipalities and development authorities are being scheduled for January 2025.
North Carolina: Gov. Roy Cooper signed into law a bipartisan?bill that gives commercial real estate developers?the?lower-cost financial option?of?C-PACE, joining dozens of other states. Program is still in development.
New York: NYCEEC released updated program guidelines for the C-PACE financing program. These guidelines provide clear guidance on new construction, renovation, and gut rehabs.
Idaho: Idaho?passed legislation to enable a C-PACE program to be created.?We expect the program will be active in 2025.
