Active C-PACE States
C-PACE is now a mainstream finance tool, having topped $9.7 billion in total financing, according to PACENation. A detailed list of all eligible PACE locations can be found here.
Program Updates
Florida: The city of Tampa opts into the C-PACE program.
North Carolina: The North Carolina C-PACE program is now active.
Georgia:?Georgia has recently passed a bill authorizing C-PACE throughout the entire state. The City of Atlanta is currently active and we are awaiting updates for the rest of the state.
New Jersey: The Garden State program is now active. The program rollout and initial conversations with counties/municipalities and development authorities are being scheduled.
Idaho: The Idaho C-PACE program is now active.
