Bayside Customer Letter...

Sharing a letter from a great client,

"Dear Ron and Beth:

Thank you for making your annual inspection tour of my home at 10 Alhambra Court today. It is always such a pleasure to see you Ron, and Beth too when you are able to come by.

From the first minute we met Joe Dalmon years ago, we knew we were in good hands. The transition from homeowner to tenant was a difficult one and you handled us with respect and grace. You all helped me learn that a "home" is not just a house, but it is what you put in it. The qualities that fill the house are what makes it a home and those qualities are what care for the house.

When Joe became sick we visited him and swapped stories about Marin and family. My husband was also ill by the time we moved to Novato but I fully expected him to recover and for our active lives to go on. That wasn't to be the case, but again you and Beth went beyond what one would expect of a property management team in condolences and support, including Beth's even attending Chuck's Memorial Service! When Bayside Management purchased Dalmon Property Management you carefully explained the sale and what a good move this was going to be for the continuing management of your properties. Again, thoughtful "hand-holding" to tenants as well as property owners.

I hope, in turn, we have been the kind of tenants you are proud to represent. Although I have never met our landlord, I have the utmost respect for his house and I hope he delights in the home we have established in his house. As long as I am a tenant, and my home resides in his house, I will continue to care for it as I did my own for many years .
