3 周Very helpful Rick Yvanovich FCMA CGMA FCPA MSc CCMP CCMC CBC About a year ago, I recognized that I needed to THRIVE as you so clearly articulate, The results are rewarding because I am doing much of what BAUU 39 says. Now I will do still better based on H:get regular exercise R:reach out for support. Some benefits to date. I investing in growth, focused on learning new things E at the end of the day, I recall the successes (large, small, or tiny).Then get a good night’sleep. Important side effect my cardiologist is pleased at how well I can control my hypertension. I know when it goes up and can reduce it in moments.
