  •  How work is done - we need Industry specific solutions.
  • At ServiceNow we have agile and flexible cloud solutions.
  •  Speed and Agility today matter most - We have been able to resolve one of our Banking Partner's issue in 12 weeks and Healthcare Partners went digital in 5 weeks (Vaccination drives).
  •  ServiceNow is also assisting Telecommunications partners. Here the key is network management.
  • One of our Partners was on boarded in mere 2 months and their efficiency by increased by 3 times.
  •  ServiceNow Operations Technology assists in reducing issues at manufacturing plants and get more from their systems.
  •  AI/ML assists on top of our platform when it is able to identify repetitive works [Acquisitions - Element AI, Loom Systems etc]
  •  ServiceNow Core - One Platform and One Data Model. It helps us reuse our technology across systems.

2. Workday:

  • HCM, Financials and now into Professional Services.
  • Bridging the gap between different industries, front office and back office easy integration stands out for us.
  •  Not Interested in creating vertical solutions rather we want to make decisions based on Data and built our solution/architecture around it. That’s our foundation - Business Processes centered around data.
  • Further this would assist the core functionalities run around this central system.
  •  Demo 1 - Insurance Industry: Claims processing and understanding operational metrics/data for accounting.
  • Demo 2 - Higher Ed - How they extended the support to have Mobile First approach and partnering with School. Workday Student to assist with all student activities including registrations, job positing's , payroll etc
  • Demo 3 - Healthcare - How they assist manage the purchases, patient management, warehousing etc
  •  Ida(Huron) - Focus on Cohesive solutions and not just build Products or services.

3. Salesforce:

  •  First Financial and Health, now into 12 verticals
  • Lynee - need to accelerate, Compliance and regulations and reimagine Business [Speed, Compliance and Collaborate]
  • Latest Solution - Corporate Investment Banking solutions
  • HyperForce - Banking partners can shed their pain of regulations and compliance here
  •  How Marketing Cloud, IdeasXchange etc are helping and bringing ideas to the table.
  • Customer success is the core value of Salesforce.
  •  Co-Innovation is big with Salesforce Industry Cloud and AppExchange has more than 700 apps from third parties. A Salesforce bank customer created its own app - so successful, they spun out a separate company.

 4. SAP:

  • One year back launched "Industry Cloud Solutions"
  • SAP offers S 4HANA/Cloud, intelligent solutions

  • Optimize and Transform is the mantra
  • SAP Shappire Now - how pharmaceuticals companies were able to use the industry solutions to assist their supply chain and other operational problems resolutions.
  •  Business Transformation as a Service

 5. IBM:

Panel - Hillery Hunter and Joel Spieth

  • IBM is working on building industry specific solutions.
  • Working with large Financials Telecommunication Government and Health customers.
  • Open hybrid cloud strategy is way to go. Rather than an opinionated cloud architecture
  • Working on 5G infra and systems to enable them the fast change. IBM Satellites too are assisting the cases.
  • Fit for purpose cloud solutions for regulated markets.
  • Special focus on data protection.

 6. Oracle:

Panel - Mike Sicilia

  • Focus on Retail, Healthcare, Life Sciences and many more, 60 plus applications
  • Across industries - the problem is disruption.

7. Google:

Panel - Lori Mitchell-Keller

  • Accelerate fast changes for customers.

Customers are asking:

  1. How to significantly become smarter - using data
  2. How do they transform and maintain freedom - edge solutions
  3. How do we connect people better
  4. How do we evolve security and protect things
  •  Google cloud is focused in these problems and transform business solutions.
  • Demand Forecasting is on old age mechanisms, now we are in a better place with advancement in technologies to be more accurate.
  •  Google Cloud AI is able to assist the healthcare partners with almost 80% reduction in operational processing times.
  •  Content Management today is key and Google Cloud does it with ease.
  • Delivering better Customer Xperience holds key today.

 The war is on and yet there is so much to explore.

Still wondering why Microsoft gave a miss to this event.
