 Prepare for battle because the Cavalier army’s coming and it can’t be stopped. However, this army isn’t led by King Charles, but by Brian Bendig, president of Cavalier Tool in Windsor, Ontario in Canada. Admittedly there won’t be an actual battle but the company’s definitely equipped with tooling to support, ATVs, motorcycles, jet boats, state-of-the-art technology, and highly professional leadership.

  You may have seen an interesting vehicle on the roads recently. This three-wheel vehicle looks like something that you might find in the Back To The Future movies. The vehicle manufacturing giant Polaris saw what many of Cavalier Tool’s clients are already aware of, namely people, process, and equipment. This is not only Cavalier Tool’s slogan but is exactly what they consistently deliver to each and every project. It was also precisely what Polaris needed to develop the parts and tooling for their three-wheeled vehicle. Cavalier Tool worked directly with Polaris to develop every single tool for each injection part of the vehicle except for the hood, which is a feat all on its own.

Cavalier Tool supports over five hundred students each year with tours, training, schooling, jobs, and education. These students get a taste of the tool and mold industry and learn just what it takes to be a leader in the field. Where else can students gain such knowledge from experts in the field about cool tooling projects like three-wheeled vehicles and ATVs?

Cavalier Tool recently contacted Acrolab to obtain training on Acrolab’s Isobar technology, in order to better understand the product’s cooling capabilities and design considerations.
