LEAFspy
That is a snapshot of my 2013 Nissan LEAF's batteries... but please don't ask what information all that data represents. I just got the LEAFspy App to explore the state of charge and other insights. But so far, I am impressed.
First things, First
The sad news is that at 11 years old and 59,000+ miles of use, the "full" state of charge at 100% is only 40 miles of range.
And yet, that is plenty for all-around-town driving.
P.S. The App requires a special Bluetooth BLE OBN-II/OBN2 diagnostic tool. I bought the LeLink version.
Just out of curiosity, what's the replacement cost for a 2013 Leaf battery (if they're even available...)?

3 个月Did I mention our Jeep Wrangler gets on average 16.3mpg? We put on over a thousand miles a month. That is over $220 every month just driving around town. I just cut that in half with the LEAF.

3 个月Two additional thoughts: First, you must charge at home if you own an EV. You let the dog out before you go to bed and you plug in your EV. Second, you need a GOOD charger. I recommend the Tesla UWC at 11.5kW that charges both Tesla and my Nissan LEAF or almost all other brands.
