Texas will have the first Private-ARPA that will launch our national innovation OODA loop we had back in the 50s and 60s;?merging the equivalent of Stanford, XEROX PARC, and Bell Labs. Supporting the Path to Commerce for Industry 4.0 solutions serving both Civil and defense.
