THE 'BASIC' SELF-IMPROVEMENT TECHNIQUE!

Self-Improvement is more than USD 10 Billion market globally and is growing at an average rate of 6-8% every year! The industry constitutes Self-Improvement Books, Apps & Audio books, Weight loss program, Personal Coaching, Motivational Speakers, Holistic Training Institutes and the like.

I have been on this journey for over 1.5 decade now. Have read many self-help books, a few training programs that I have been through and some of them I deeply felt were the best! It seemed to be working for me and hence at that time I use to share them as if I was the brand ambassador for those authors and program makers!

Later in life, looking backward I realized, that those self-improvement techniques were working for me in short-term may be, BUT, in 'Long Term', when I saw it's applicability in my life, the results were not that great, not at all as expected actually!! So, a deep questioning arose in me. Even after me realizing initially it is the best, why it is not working for me in long term?! When there are so many great self-improvement material in the market already, WHY THERE IS A NEED FOR MORE EVERY TIME?! Why don't they provide a permanent solution...once and for all?! And if they cannot, then where lies the PERMANENT SOLUTION???

Something was missing for sure...

Once we have a 'deep desire' to know something, we start getting our answers...! So did I...

I realized,

The WORDS in those books, audios, videos, seminars, however good may be...were 'someone else's words (and experience) and not mine'! And until those words become 'My Experience', they will remain HOLLOW WORDS for me and I will not see a permanent change in me that I seek! Because only 'our own EXPERIENCE IS LIFE' and rest all are just hollow words...be it be words of 'anyone' for that matter!! Isn't it?!

So now for those words (that had an impact on me) to become my experience, the traffic of my thoughts and my words had to drop! And for that, my mind has to learn to become 'Silent'!

The SOLUTION is 'Quietening the Mind'!

'Meditating' for few minutes daily, 'consistently', is THE BASIC SELF HELP one MUST do for other Self-Improvement techniques to have a permanent impact on you!! It is my very personal experience and no exaggeration!

What We Get?

When we Meditate for a few minutes daily, consistently, we start getting less number of thoughts day by day and power to focus on a single thought increases! Slowly and gradually the mind becomes ONE POINTED! And during that process, wherever your mind focuses on, will increase 'many times' in your life for sure...!

You improve and you become 'the best version of yourself' with every passing day??

Also I feel, 'Meditating' is the biggest responsibility in the world one can take because you are 'taking care of YOUR ROOT - The MIND'??
