Basic Managerial Skills Program for Young Talent (in English language)

This course is designed for young Talent particularly local nationals in GCC joining the organization's fresh from Universities and expected to take up Managerial roles. This course covers soft aspects which are often found missing from course curriculum of most Graduation and MBA courses. ?As you would see from the course contents, these are however foundations for successful Managerial career journey.

Courses are designed as hands on, practical and interactive sessions, wherein the participants can learn and try their learnings in a non-threating and non-evaluative environment.

Courses can be customized as required and more modules can be added based on need.
