Well, it's time once again to open the creaking door to the "Ten Things You Need to Know as In-House Counsel" vault of goodness and pull out another oldie! This is one of my all-time favorite posts because it discusses an area where I had practically zero skills before I went in-house -- basic business finance. 2 年Sterling Miller one of my all time favorite connections and content writers here on Linkedin, has reached into his vault and pulled out an oldie but goodie that is a MUST read for all GCs. Most lawyers went into law because they were terrible at math. Then half of them ended up as corporate lawyers or tax lawyers. Go figure! Anyway, any of you folks planning on going inhouse are ALSO going to have to learn to get comfortable with numbers. Hence, Sterling's article on basic finance. Read it and say thanks! #finance #GCs
