Barrel Type of Zhou Engine

Zhou Engine is an invention. The article of “Turbocharged Zhou Engine” shows the radial type of Zhou Engine and its principle. This article will show the barrel type of Zhou Engine, which working processes are the same as the radial type one.
Fig.1 shows the piston motion curve.
Fig.2 shows the assembly of the barrel type of Zhou Engine with 3 pairs of piston. This Zhou Engine comprises 2 shells, one power-cam, 6 pistons, 12 toothed-roller array A’s, 12 toothed-roller array B’s, many toothed-rollers, 2 cylinder heads, 6 intake valves, 6 exhaust valves, 2 cams for controlling the valves and fixed on the mainshaft, many springs, etc. In which, the shell, the power-cam, the piston, and the toothed-roller array are shown in the following figures. The rest are not shown in this article.
Fig.3 shows shell.
Fig.4 shows power-cam. The tracks of the power-cam are for the wheels of the pistons rolling on. To design and manufacture the tracks of the power-cam is according to the piston motion curve of fig.1.
Fig.5 shows piston. Fig.6 shows toothed-roller array A, toothed-roller array B, and toothed-roller.

A barrel type of Zhou Engine is very compact, which volume is far smaller than a radial type of Zhou Engine at the same power. Therefore, we recommend that you had better produce barrel types of Zhou Engine.
